Glow has teamed up with ptEnhance, to bring you the world's leading personal training system. ptEnhance has been designed in partnership with the C.H.E.K Institute to bring cutting edge training tools to C.H.E.K Practitioners and their clients.

 

Glow clients have access to the worlds largest video exercise library, online programs, assessments, results and progress monitors. The technical quality of the exercise content is exceptional and adheres to the highest standards of the C.H.E.K. Institute.
